North American Restoration Dry Cleaners can save insurance companies thousands of dollars per claim with our exclusive Salvation Army Donation Program. In order to help serve our communities, we will clean and donate free of charge, any unwanted items.
RESPONSIBLE Communications:
Regular E-mail updates are sent out informing the adjuster of claim status at each phase of the claim.
RESPONSIBLE Claims Handling:
We are responsible to be there when you need us. All North American Restoration Dry Cleaners are committed to providing the most responsive service in the industry:
• 24 hours 365 days a year
• A thorough verbal evaluation with the insured within 30 minutes of a new assignment
• A project manager will be dispatched within two hours of initial contact
• Having reserve figures submitted within 48 hours of a completed pick-up
• A photo inventory and detailed “Scope of Loss” document submitted within 48 hours of a completed pick up
• Returning rush items within 12-48 hours of pickup
• Submit final invoice and detailed non-salvageable list within 3 weeks from initial pickup
